Twiik was founded in June 2008, shortly before the onset of the financial crisis. The times in which it was birthed necessitated a very strong focus on achieving real business results, along with a sensible approach to pricing and an efficient business model. Despite the recession, or perhaps partly due to the approach Twiik took to it, the company grew reasonably quickly and now comprises of five full-time staff and one intern; as well as utilising a few specialist sub-contractors.

Over 10 years in the creative industry (including designing for Coca-Cola); Iris also has a degree in advertising and has been working in New Zealand since 2008. Joining twiik in January 2010 she quickly demonstrated an outstanding ability to capture the aspirations of clients and create market leading designs appropriate to their industry. Customers who have worked with Iris have greatly appreciated her friendly manner, proactive service and the attention to excellence evident in her work.

Whether it's writing a complex web app or designing a high end user interface, Brad is passionate about all things web and has been the lead developer behind some of Twiik's most demanding projects. Despite his excellent technical ability, Brad is easy to talk to and great at explaining technical concepts in layman's terms. We’ve found him a highly creative and fun person to work with, and believe you will too.

Nick is a keen developer who loves exploring new web techniques and pushing himself further with each project. Nick graduated from Natcoll with a Diploma of Web Development in 2010 and joined Twiik at the beginning of 2011. Nick is easy to get on with and has increasingly taken up the customer training role, both in person and via screen cast videos that have the advantage of becoming a resource people can refer back to later.
